Movement on water due to continuous instability and micro movement tone and tighten the body nicely; while the bubbling of the Lake Balaton and the rocking of the waves makes create a balanced in spirit.
During the 90-minute session, we perform strengthening and stretching exercises for all major muscle groups, which makes our body more elaborate than the ground training due to continuous balancing on the board. The exercises contain elements of several fitness trends, which the lecturer harmoniously connects.
We will close the occupation with relaxation.
