How do we survive the Balaton forest? Hiking by bike and on foot

We invite you to a real forest adventure trip.

Within the tour we present the beauty of the Balaton forest and the wildlife. We teach our hikers for safe hiking in the woods, solving unexpected situations and "Surviving".


Every Saturday in May from Szántódpuszta car park at 9:00.


9:00 departure to the Wildlife Park with bicycle, with tour guide in a forest road.

11:00 arrival to the Balatonendréd Wildlife Park (those arriving by car can join the program at this time)

11:30 Common Fire Ignition, which is an important part of lunch

12:30 Lunch (the participation fee includes unlimited food and drink, smoked bacon)

Meanwhile, you can continuously participate in various programs.


  • We walk on forest paths, learning the basic rules of hiking
  • We're building a campfire, learning the rules of fire-fighting
  • We build shelter, learn what to do in the event of an accident, storm or if we get lost in the woods
  • We climb up to 8 meters tall
  • We bake bacon for lunch
  • Presentation of deer, deer, mouflon, forest animals

End of program from 15:00 to 16:00

16:00 return to Szántódpuszta

18:00 arrival

We recommend this tour for children over 8 years of age, and we also try to provide a program for parents.

Participation in the tour is subject to prior registration!

We will start the tour with a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 40 people.

The main participation fee is HUF 2,500, which includes food, drink and participation in all programs.

You can join the tour at 11:00 at the Balatonendréd Wildlife Park.
