If we cross the railway near the port, on the right we find the artwork of József Seregi made of Carrara marbels, called Balaton Sunset. It was elected to honour the Millenium.

If walk through the park we get to the railway station built in 1928. The building is under local protection.

Opposite the station stands the Neo-Roman Catholic standstone church built in 1944. the church was given a bell in 1992 and an electric organ in 1993.

The open air stage Kultkikötő is also found in the park, where summer theatrical plays and concerts are organised. The stream of Körős Hill flows throught the park.

In the middle of the garden by the church stands the limestone statue of Dezső Mészáros called "Staring into the sun".
